USAF Awards Preliminary Design Review For Autonomous Combat Aircraft Engine
The US Air Force has awarded GE Aerospace a contract to complete the preliminary design review of the GE426 engine, designed for medium-thrust Autonomous Collaborative Platform (ACP) missions. The engine aims to meet performance, cost, and production needs for autonomous combat aircraft.
