Renewable Fuels Developer Green Sky Capital Advances Biofuels Project
A project to develop Egypt’s first sustainable aviation fuel plant has secured $142.9 million in debt financing. The facility, located roughly 120 km southeast of Cairo, aims to produce 200,000 metric tons of biofuels annually. Renewable fuels developer Green Sky Capital and its Egyptian subsidiary SAF Fly Egypt are leading the project. The development was first reported by Aviation Week.
