Industry Icon Remembered for Citation Business Jet Legacy
Textron Aviation has paid tribute to its former longtime chairman and CEO of Cessna Aircraft Company, Russ Meyer, after his passing at the age of 93. Meyer served as CEO from 1975 to 1998, playing a key role in stabilizing the industry and developing the Citation business jet line. Under his leadership, Cessna delivered almost 5,000 Citation jets.
