Game Changing Connectivity For Passengers On All Flights
British Airways has started installing Elon Musk’s Starlink Wi-Fi on its aircraft, with the first Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner already in service. The airline plans to roll out the technology across its entire fleet, enabling all passengers to access Starlink for free, regardless of their travel class. The installation process, which involves structural work, wiring, and software updates, is expected to be completed over the next few years, with over 500 aircraft to be equipped. This development was first reported by AeroTime.
