Abu Dhabi Carrier Sees Revenue Surge Amid Capacity Expansion
Etihad Airways has announced record financial results for 2025, with revenue increasing by 21% to AED 30.7 billion (approximately US$ 8.36 billion). The airline’s passenger transportation business drove most of this growth, with a 24% increase in revenue. Etihad also expanded its capacity by 21%, added 29 aircraft to its fleet, and launched new routes, contributing to a higher passenger load factor and increased profitability.
