Belgian Carrier Celebrates Cultural Icon With Space-Themed Design
Brussels Airlines has unveiled its latest livery, featuring characters from the beloved comic series Tintin, on an A320 aircraft registered as OO-SNJ. The space-themed design, developed in collaboration with Tintinimaginatio, showcases a moon and space theme drawn from Tintin’s lunar adventures. The aircraft is scheduled to make its inaugural commercial flight on February 13, 2026, and will operate alongside the existing Tintin aircraft, ‘Rackham’, until 2027. The new livery is part of the airline’s Belgian Icons program, which celebrates Belgian cultural achievements. This initiative was first reported by AeroTime.
