The Kingdom of Morocco has signed a contract with Airbus Helicopters for 10 H225M helicopters to replace its Puma fleet. The new H225Ms will join the Royal Moroccan Air Force for combat search and rescue operations. Airbus has had a presence in Morocco since 1951 and has recently established a customer center in the Kingdom. The contract includes a support and service package with connected services. The Royal Moroccan Air Force currently operates 60 Airbus helicopters, and the new purchase will further solidify Airbus’s position in the regional market.
