Firefly will operate SciTec as a subsidiary under its current business model, with Jim Lisowski, SciTec’s CEO, reporting to Firefly’s CEO, Jason Kim. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is serving as exclusive financial advisor, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP is serving as legal advisor to Firefly.
