Dassault Aviation Opens Major MRO Facility in Melbourne Orlando International Airport

Dassault Aviation Expands Global MRO Network with New Florida Facility

Dassault Aviation has opened a major new maintenance facility at Melbourne Orlando International Airport, expanding its global maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) network. The 250,000 square-foot complex can accommodate all current Falcon models and perform major maintenance and modifications on up to 14 aircraft simultaneously. The facility is equipped with workshops, customer offices, and lounges, as well as a new state-of-the-art 54,000 square-foot paint shop. This is one of several recent additions to Dassault Aviation’s global MRO network, which now includes over 60 service locations worldwide. The company’s Chairman and CEO, Eric Trappier, said the new center reflects Dassault’s belief in the U.S. market and the future of aerospace in Florida. The facility was announced by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who praised the investment as a testament to the state’s skilled workforce, pro-business environment, and commitment to innovation.
