Pilatus has accredited Dassault Aviation Business Services at Lugano Airport in Ticino as an Authorized Service Center for the PC-12 and PC-24. This expansion marks a further development in the Pilatus network of Authorized Service Centers, providing customers with faster and more flexible access to line maintenance and services. The partnership with Dassault Aviation Business Services is seen as a key factor in enhancing customer support and satisfaction, according to Pilatus’ Vice President Business Aviation, André Zimmermann. Cyrille Pillet, Vice President Customer Support & Technical Services at Dassault Aviation Business Services, notes that the company looks forward to building on its longstanding relationship with Pilatus and providing support for the popular PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft.
