The investment was led by DADA Holdings and includes participation from Astera Institute, Reuben Brothers Limited, and SMS Capital Investment LLC. Firefly plans to use the funds to execute its business plan, which includes developing new spacecraft and launch vehicles. The company has previously announced commercial and civil launch contracts with customers including NASA and General Atomics.
